Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the International Christian Counseling Centre ("ICCC," "we," "us," or "our") website or booking a counseling session. By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.
ICCC provides Christian counseling and prayer support grounded in biblical principles, delivered through online video, phone, and written communication. Our counseling is faith-based and is not a substitute for licensed clinical mental health treatment, medical care, or emergency services. Where appropriate, we may recommend you also seek care from a licensed mental health professional or medical provider.
This website and our counseling services are not equipped for crisis intervention. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline right away rather than submitting a form on this site.
Our general counseling services are intended for adults. Youth and teen counseling is offered only with the knowledge, consent, and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By booking a session for a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their guardian's permission to do so.
Submitting a booking request through this website is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed session. A member of our team will follow up to confirm a time. We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so that time can be offered to someone else.
Donations made through our Give page are processed by our third-party payment partner, Paystack, and are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Please review Paystack's own terms at the time of payment.
We ask that all communication with our counselors, prayer team, and through our chat widget remain respectful. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services to anyone who is abusive, threatening, or acts in a way that endangers our staff or other individuals.
We treat what you share in counseling and prayer as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality may be limited where we believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person, or where disclosure is required by law.
All text, graphics, and materials on this website, including blog articles and devotionals, are the property of ICCC unless otherwise noted, and are provided for general encouragement and informational purposes. They do not constitute individualized counseling advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a session with a counselor.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICCC and its counselors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our services are offered in good faith, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome from counseling or prayer support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which ICCC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by law.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at counselwithiccc@gmail.com.
